Such ‘Force Majeure’ events shall include without limitation, strikes and social conflicts outside PSMC or its associated companies natural disasters and extraordinary weather events government or Legal restrictions, and interruption in the supply of power, epidemics and any other event that has a similar affect. įor the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘Force Majeure’ shall mean events including any event, circumstances or combination of events, beyond the reasonable control of PSMC which ( or the other effects of which) adversely affect the performance by PSMC of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. PSMC shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery of a vehicle for reasons of Force Majeure. The delivery shall be made through the dealer. The delivery period indicated on the Provisional booking form is tentative and is subject to the terms herein below, PSMCL shall endeavor to affect deliveries on ‘first come, first serve’ basis. However if any new taxes/duties are levied and/or rates of existing taxes/duties structure are revised by the Government, the impact of such levies/revisions would be borne by the customer and the applicable price at the time of delivery will include the additional amount representing the change in applicable taxes/duties The prices quoted by PSMCL in Pakistan currency are inclusive of taxes and duties Ex-Dealership based on current rates.A customer can cancel a booking subject to cancellation charge of ten percent (10%) of the booking amount.Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited (“PSMCL”) will allow cancellation in case of the death of the customer.PSMCL shall have the right to cancel the booking in case of any mis-declaration by the customer.
