Soul Eater runs on Superpowered Evil Sides and it's great. He does this towards the end of the manga as well. Because if Monev tries something: Vash will stop him. It says a lot about Vash's character, so does the fact he manages to stop himself but doesn't take his finger of the trigger. Vash (who is basically a goofy saint until this point) traumatising Monev until he's begging for mercy, then stamping the villain's face into the dirt without a word and putting a gun to his head and demanding to know why he deserves to live more than all the people he just killed is legitimately threatening. Even if they are breaking their moral codes, the villain is so evil it's almost worth it. They just lose their temper and are just willing to kill the villain because they want to. I like the Vash the Stampede, Kenshin Himura, Doctor Who way of doing it.

And after that turn, Megaman’s health will rapidly drop to 1 and will not allow recovery until after the battle. After this timer, you are allowed to go Beast again for 1 turn, except if you do, you lose control and Megaman will go automated like the Dark form from 4 and 5. The downside is that the form is on a 3 turn timer. Combined with the Cross System, which also changes Megaman’s element and abilities, you could use Cross Change and go Beast to decimate foes within a single turn with just a shitty chip that corresponds to the element. The exact abilities you gain depend on if you were playing Gregar or Falzar, but the general thing is higher fire rate, attack, speed, and the ability to use expend certain types of chips for special attacks. Spoilers for somethingĪlso worth mentioning are the Beast Forms in 6.įor those who don’t know, Megaman “Naruto-style” absorbs a cyberbeast and gains the ability to use its power.
